Why was my payment refused?

For any purchase on the site, an authorization request is made to your bank. Your bank will generally authorize or refuse payment.

If a card is blocked, or if the purchase limit is exceeded, payment may be refused. In this case, we recommend that you contact your bank directly to verify the reason for the refusal.
