What are the Demetz warranty conditions?

All our products are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase, as evidenced by the invoice. This warranty covers manufacturing or material defects.

Lenses and screens are not guaranteed against scratches caused by misuse or carelessness.

Products that have been tampered with, damaged or abused cannot be covered by the warranty. Furthermore, any modification to Demetz frames will invalidate the warranty.
