Questions concernant la prise de commande
If you have validated your order and an article is finally not available in stock, you will be informed by e-mail.
Your order will be refunded within 14 days.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail and/or SMS with a tracking number to follow the delivery.
You can also track the progress of your order in your account under the "My orders" tab.
Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
However, you have 30 days to return your order. See our General Terms and Conditions of Sale for all you need to know about returns.
Some of our products may be restocked, while others may not.
For restocked products, you can be informed when an item is back in stock. To do so, go to the product sheet of the item in question, click on "Receive an alert" and enter your e-mail address.
Items placed in the shopping cart are saved for 48 hours, but are not reserved. After this time, they will be automatically removed from your basket.
All our glasses are delivered with lenses fitted, so it is not possible to order frames without lenses or lenses only.
No, we do not offer spare parts or replacement screens/glasses for sale online.
