You can track your delivery at any time by clicking on the link sent by the carrier to your e-mail address, or by logging on to your customer account at https://demetz.fr/en/.
In the case of delivery against signature:
You are responsible for checking the condition of the packaging and the product at the time of delivery.
If the packaging or product is damaged or not in conformity, you must write your reservations on the delivery note and refuse the parcel.
In the event of delivery without signature:
You must check the condition of the packaging and the product as soon as you take possession of the parcel.
If the packaging or product is damaged or not in conformity, please inform us as soon as possible by contacting customer service via the online contact form.
- Log in to your customer account and click on the "Order history and details" tab --> "Returns" and complete the form.
- Prepare the return in your Hipli parcel with the following items
- The pre-printed returns form.
- The returns label (included in the package we sent you).
- The complete product(s) in their original condition and packaging.
- Drop off your parcel at a post office, one of La Poste's partner retailers or in your letterbox.

Return postage is free of charge in mainland France, and is payable by the customer in Belgium and Luxembourg.
