Questions concernant les retours

For all purchases on the site, delivery is available in the following countries:

  • Metropolitan France
  • Belgium
  • Luxembourg

Delivery times depend on the zones delivered, and will be indicated to you before your order is validated.

In general, products are delivered within 3 to 5 working days of dispatch.

Please note that no orders are processed on weekends or public holidays.

Yes, your parcel will be sent to the delivery address you entered when ordering. The billing address may be different.

From your customer area, you can register several addresses and modify them at any time. You can also differentiate between delivery and billing addresses.

Delivery in mainland France and Belgium does not require you to be present when the parcel is delivered, as no signature is required.

For Luxembourg, you must be present to receive the parcel. A text message or e-mail will be sent to you by the carrier to inform you of the day and time of delivery. If you are not present, you can reschedule the delivery by clicking on the link in the sms or e-mail.

1. Log in to your customer account and click on the "Order history and details" tab --> "Returns" and complete the form.

2. Prepare the return in your Hipli parcel with the following items:

  • The pre-printed returns form.
  • The return label (included in the package we sent you).
  • The complete product(s) in their original condition and packaging.

3. Drop off your parcel at a post office or one of La Poste's partner retailers.

You have 30 days from receipt of your package to return it. After this period, it will no longer be possible to obtain a refund.

Your order will be reimbursed within 14 days of receipt of your return, using the same method of payment used to validate the order, unless you specify otherwise.

We remind you that products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If these conditions are not respected, a discount will be applied to the refund of your order.

If the product has been delivered to you in poor condition, you must contact our customer service department via the online contact form.
